The presence of life two women will share
One will welcome it as a gift
The other, a burden to bear
One child will live to laugh and cry
One child, sadly, conceived to die
God surrounds them both
With an unfailing love
Watching them closely
From the heavens above
Two different women
Following two separate roads
One not realizing the pain she will hold
But with God’s forgiveness
She too will find peace
The guilt and remorse to finally release
