As part of the program, Candidates, Sponsors and their families will need forms, supplemental materials and other general information during the year. This information will be provided during class but we have provided some of these documents for our candidates and their families' convenience - of special note, the Sponsor Form, which is easy to access from this central location.

It is that time of year again! We have made registration easy for you again this year by delivering everything to your home! Registration information is available below. Please feel free to download the Holy Name of Jesus' Confirmation Program Information for a complete description of our Program. In the Diocese of Palm Beach, the Sacrament of Confirmation is a two-year program. Please complete one of the attached Confirmation Registration Forms and either mail it in with the appropriate registration fee or drop it off at the Office of Youth Ministry (or the Church Office). Also attached are complete lists of the class schedules for both Year I and Year II. Please plan to attend our 1st class as we will go over the entire program during this class. For those already familiar with the program, additional forms are attached. We are excited to be a part of your family's faith journey. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Congratulations to our 2009 Confirmation class!!
For those of you who did not know, our Year Two candidates received the Sacrament of Confirmation on the feast of Pentecost last week. The teens did a great job and we were very proud to be called their Catechists. We would also like to thank the Year One candidates, their parents, Martha Morales and Stephanie Chavez for hosting the Confirmation reception in the pavilion. praise in heaven.
O Mary, dearest Mother, we implore thy assistance, knowing that thy divine Son will hearken to thy petition.
And do thou, most glorious patriarch, St. Joseph, help us with thy
powerful patronage, and place our petitions in Mary's hands, that she
may offer them to Jesus Christ. Amen. |
